All classes are held at The DogWorks Training Center in Monroe, WA. Classes are conducted in a huge room with a full wall of mirrors to assist you in visualizing your dog's presentation to judges. 2009 NOVEMBER / DECEMBER Schedule
NO CLASSES ON THANKSGIVING EVE: NOV. 25, 2009
ALL CLASSES OPEN ON DECEMBER 2nd.
Due to Eukanuba, Christmas and New Years,
December 2nd is our last class for 2009.
We will resume our regular schedule on
JANUARY 6th, 2010.
Classes are held on WEDNESDAY EVENINGS ONLY.
5:30 - Junior Showmanship, ages 9 - 18 Junior Showmanship requires skills and training above and beyond that of the breed ring. Specialized skills, multiple poses and ring saavy make the difference. That's what we teach and instill into Around the Ring Juniors.
6:30 - Beginning Handling (4-week class)
6:30 & 7:30 - Drop-in classes for handlers of all skill levels. Drop-in classes are designed for conformation handlers of all skill levels. Marian and Michelle are experienced handlers and instructors who can teach you the skills needed in the show ring, help polish the handling skills you already have or simply offer you the opportunity to work your dog in a show-like environment. $10 per class for handler with one dog or $16 for handler working two dogs in the same class period.
Weather note:
During major storms and/or dangerous driving conditions, classes will be cancelled for the evening. Please stay home, stay safe and enjoy snuggle time with your beautiful dogs.
